Old Book/New Binding
Sometimes the thought of giving up your old Big Book is just too much to deal with! We understand! Rebinding or restoring your Big Book is an option. We have plenty of experience in this area as my original apprenticeship over 40 years ago was restoration. We've restored countless Bibles and rare books over the years. Cost on this sort of work varies with the amount of work that needs to be done. Some are pretty simple - others much more difficult. Give us a call or send us a digital picture and I can tell you pretty quickly about how much it will cost. (Most restorations range from $135-$160)
Restoration
This book came in complete with duct tape (shown at top of page). It's a nice touch, but not too pretty. As you can see, the cover was off and entire sections were loose and falling out. Once rebound, the extensive notes and highlighting made by the owner over the years were preserved within.

Most restoration jobs run from $135 to $160. Take a look at the customization options on our "Brand New Big Books" page to get an idea of what you'd like your restoration to look like, then fill out our Order Form or give Myers a call at 469-222-7813. He'll have you send some photos of your book, give you an estimate of what it will cost, and can answer any questions you have about the restoration process. Every book is made to order and takes time to bind. Depending on when your order comes in, it could take 3 - 5 weeks for completion.
